I have been a good customer to your store and your rebate company has not given me my 11% Rebates back I sent in the bottom of the receipts and emailed them full receipts and it was around 30 receipts and they give me. 75 cents back for several thousand dollars I spent on renovating my house if I don't get something I will be get a lawyer and we will go to small claims court .
I really like Menard’s but lately customer service has been AWEFUL and I’ve had multiple bad experiences with material deliveries that have cost me a lot of time and money.
I Ordered 7,000 pavers and paid over $500 to have them delivered. They scheduled the delivery and I called to let them know we could not be there at that time but they assured us it would not be an issue. Well, it was. Someone ended up blocking our driveway and they could not deliver. On top of that, we had to pay for another delivery fee or pay a restock fee. Yesterday, I was supposed to get another delivery between 7a-12p. I took the morning off of work to mitigate any possible issues and no one showed up. I called Menards and they told me they had truck issues the day before and they will definitely get there today. So I took the second half of the day off and they ended up showing up at 5 PM. Unfortunately, because of where they normally park to deliver to my house had too many cars in the lot, they could not deliver (had they delivered on time this would not have been an issue). The gentleman from Goliath trucking said if he couldn’t try again tonight he would definitely be there in the morning. So, I took another day of work off. And instead of waiting till noon, I start calling Menards at around 8 AM after four attempts and no answer, I called the Contractor’s desk because I knew that they were an ear and eye shot from the delivery department. The gentleman in contracting could not find anyone so he took my name and number and told me that I would get a call back within five minutes. Over an hour later, I called again and finally got to talk with the delivery department. They informed me that there’s no way they would be able to deliver today and they weren’t sure when, but someone would get back with me today… I’m not holding my breath.
Menards, I would love to sit down with the store manager, so he or she could explain to me why my patronage, my time, and my money is not valued. Furthermore, I’d like to know why employees are so disrespectful in dealing with issues that arise with customers. I am sure I am not raising concerns that you are unaware of but what are you doing about them?

Received a call from Menard’s and materials are scheduled for delivery (thank you).
I hate writing bad reviews however, my added frustrations and motivation to send a review came from the lack of communication experienced and feeling like I had no other option to rectify the situation. I do want to say the asst mng (guy with the man bun) who I dealt with originally was the one employee who was calm, collected, and respectful.

It's a good place to shop but they have way too many employees usually there's anywhere from 2 to 6 huddled together too many greetings

I LOVE going to Menard's that's the only place I go to anymore they are cheaper than the other stores on what it is we are needing and probably always will. So keep up the good work y'all are doing.
